Shoulder enchants do okayish. DMF cards hardly ever sell of course depends on which one you get. I resulted to selling Mysterious Fortune Cards for awhile and made some damn good money off that just using the Blackfallow I had left.

How do you make money with Inscription? Glyphs are pretty simple though time consuming. Post every glyph as many times a day as possible. If you are on a higher pop server or have more competition you will have to post a lot to get any significant amount of sales. Personally i post times a day which gets me in the neighborhood of 3k gold a day. Darkmoon trinkts are definately the way to go.

I don't make quite so many as Zachfu I average around 35 a month but have made somewhere around 1. Glyphs are not one of my preferred markets, due to how my server is. It's pretty well controlled by a few players and the time to reward ratio on it simply isn't worth my time. On others I'm sure it is I'm actually looking at selling glyphs on the other faction of my server Shoulder enchants are also a possibility. I'm on a low-population server, so I only have to post my glyphs two or three times a day, and I make around 1,g.

Today I made 5,, though that was with a few other things besides glyphs. I used my windfall to buy some goats.

I have some trouble selling shoulder enchants, maybe because they're not worth canceling and reposting like the glyphs the posting costs are too high. I've started making some Darkmoon trinkets, but they don't sell well so far, even though I'm canceling and re-posting them with my glyphs.

Really I think being on an RP server means glyphs are better. There are fewer people who are hard-core raiders and want to pay 20, gold for a best-in-slot trinket, and more people who want to level alts and need glyphs. What do you guys do for mats? Also, occasionally you manage to sell an off-hand, though it's getting a lot harder and more infrequent, which is why I forgot to mention it.

But I sold one today for about g. And this now brings my total for the day, largely from inscription, to about 12,g.

I'll probably never match that again. Yeah I tend to buy out herbs that are at low prices when I see them. Zachfu Is it better to sell individual cards, completed decks, or trinkets? I have been selling individual cards between g and g depending on how much are already available.

Other Ways To Make Gold Via Inscription

Do you buy Fool's Cap? I been buying out anything less than 80g a stack but wondering if I should compromise on that and buy up to 90g. Wowhead says that Fool's Cap basically yields twice as much as the other herbs but I feel like it is a lot more consistent and better than the rest. Too many stacks of Green Tea Leaf with no rare pigment.

Whether to sell individual cards or trinkets is up to you. I wouldn't sell the decks, though; that seems like the worst of both worlds.

It's actually obscene how much extra money you can sometimes get just from turning a deck into a trinket. Fool's cap does yield twice as much starlight pigment as ordinary MoP herbs, but when you consider that the ink trader can convert ink of dreams to starlight ink at Which it almost never does, so I don't mill a lot of fool's cap.

If you arent making tons of cards you probably will get a little more from selling individuals. There usually isnt a ton of foolscap available on my server so its mostly a non issue anyway. Have something to say? Log in to join the conversation.
